Movetio is a game with play money. Play fair, be decent to each other, and everyone has a good time. These are the rules. If you break them, you can be sanctioned.
1. One account per person
You play with one account. A second account (multi) is not allowed, not even "just for a bit" or as a backup.
2. Your account is yours
Don't share your password with anyone and don't log in to someone else's account. Buying, selling, trading or giving away accounts is not allowed. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
3. No bots or tools
Play yourself, by hand. Not allowed:
- bots, scripts and macros;
- auto-refreshing or auto-clicking;
- browser extensions or programs that play for you or give you an edge;
- changing addresses (URLs) or requests to do something the game doesn't offer;
- getting around the bot check ("Confirm you are not a script") or having someone else solve it.
4. Same network and pushing
Playing on the same network or device as another player, for example at home or at school? That's fine. You just can't send each other money or play at each other's casino table, and referrals don't count.
Using another account to make yourself stronger or richer is pushing. That's not allowed. Not through a friend either, and not by losing on purpose at the casino or letting yourself be robbed.
5. No real-money trading
Play money, chips, loot and accounts have no value outside the game. You may not buy or sell them for real money, gift cards or anything else outside the game. You cannot win or lose real money with them.
6. Game bugs
Found a bug? Don't use it and don't tell other players. Report it via Report on the test phase page. If you abuse a bug, you can lose the play money you gained with it, and be sanctioned.
7. Chat, forum and profile
Be decent to each other. Not allowed:
- insulting, threatening, discriminating against or harassing someone;
- spamming or posting the same message over and over;
- sharing other people's personal details;
- advertising other games, sites or services;
- pretending to be staff or another player.
See something that isn't allowed? Use Report on the profile, forum post or private message. You can also block a player.
8. Names and photos
Your nickname, family name, profile text and photos must be clean. No insults, no nudity, no violence and no links. Staff can reject a photo or remove a profile text.
9. Sanctions
When you break a rule, staff can, depending on how serious it is and whether it happened before:
- give you a warning;
- mute you for a set time;
- block you from writing in chat and the forum;
- hide or remove messages, photos or profile text;
- take away play money, in cash and in the bank;
- block your account for a time or for good, also for a network or device.
10. Appeals
Muted or blocked and you don't agree? You can file an appeal. If you're blocked, you do that on the /ban page, where you also see the reason and how long the block lasts. Warnings can't be appealed. Once your appeal has been reviewed, the decision is final. Don't argue about sanctions in chat or on the forum.
11. Changes
We may change these rules. At the top you can see when they were last updated. We announce big changes in the devblog. If you keep playing after that, the new rules apply.
12. Age
Movetio is meant for players aged 18 and over (age guidance: 18+).
